Damian Costello

State Manager

Damian has recently joined our team and is responsible for overseeing all operations of the CSE Tetracom business. Damian brings with him a wealth of knowledge, specifically his experience in sales team management, relationship building and delivering positive outcomes which will be an asset to our business.

Having completed University in the UK, Damian started his sales career over 15 years ago and has almost 10 years’ experience working in the communications industry. Sales and sales consulting have been a major part of Damian’s life and he has spent the last 5 years in senior management roles across Australasia.

Passionate about customer support, while driving positive outcomes, he is known to be a motivator with a mentoring personality as well as a strong team leader and confidante. Damian has developed these skills through his university study, attending training and courses, working on client projects and having a keen interest with personal development. Damian’s ability to provide innovative approaches will help ensure business operations run smoothly whilst he also provides backing support to our sales team.

Having managed businesses across 9 countries, Damian’s career has seen him travel all over the world and work alongside some talented individuals. He looks forward to implementing his clear approach to business and drive the sales team to appreciate the core values of a business and the organisation they represent.

In his spare time, Damian enjoys spending time with his wife and four children as well as enjoying rugby, squash, soccer and supporting the Port Adelaide football club.
Matt Pickering

Matt Pickering

Operations Manager

Matt is known as the glue that holds the CSE Tetracom office together – ensuring internal operations run smoothly, from first point of client contact, through to implementation of projects and account management.

A specialist in office management and accounts payable/receivable, Matt ensures CSE Tetracom’s financial management processes and systems are compliant with statutory requirements and industry best practice.

A strong communicator, Matt maintains key internal and external relationships, contributing to the overall success of project implementation and management, while supporting CSE Tetracom’s reputation and ongoing growth.

Matt is passionate that CSE Tetracom’s strong team culture, long-term retention of senior personnel and vendor neutral status, plays a key role in client loyalty and trust in the Company’s ability to deliver a robust solution. He is also a committee member and South Australian representative for the Australian Radio Communications Industry Association (ARCIA).

In his spare time, Matt enjoys time with his family and getting involved in sporting events.
Mark Gale

Mark Gale

Senior Account Manager

As Senior Account Manager, Mark is the holder of CSE Tetracom’s key client relationships. Over the past decade, Mark has made a significant contribution to the growth of CSE Tetracom’s business through the management of business development, new sales consultation, solution design and costing.

An industry specialist, Mark has an in-depth working knowledge of sectors including, but not limited to: Government (state and local), minerals and energy, manufacturing, rail, construction, retail, security, transport and primary production.

Integrity is core to Mark’s solution development, approaching each new opportunity by developing a personal understanding of his clients’ key drivers and requirements before defining a technology fit and design.

Mark’s passion for the radio communications industry started in his teens, experimenting with and building antenna systems – which no doubt provided the foundation for his commitment to consistently provide the right advice, recommendations and solutions to exceed client expectations.

Mark is an avid Blues supporter and enjoys the adrenalin rush of water-skiing, wakeboarding and boating.
Craig Cosgrove

Senior Account Manager

Craig leads CSE Tetracom’s client relationship management and business development strategy. His consultative approach ensures client requirements are clearly defined, with solutions implemented based on best-fit technology and value for money.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the communications industry, Craig brings an extensive wealth of industry skills and technical knowledge to his role. Through his close working relationships with radio industry members, involvement in industry associations and partner product training, Craig is well versed in the latest cutting edge solutions for unique industry needs.

Known for his honest, reliable, loyal and easy-going nature, Craig’s professionalism and interpersonal skills has him known as a trusted business advisor, able to support his clients’ objectives in growing their businesses.

Working closely with the mining, manufacturing, construction, transport, government, emergency services, hospitality and security sectors has provided Craig with an extensive understanding of each industry’s key challenges and opportunities.

When he isn’t busy nurturing existing clients and seeking new opportunities, you can find Craig playing handyman, at the footy, reading a good book or undertaking reluctant gardening.
Peter James

Peter James

Service Manager

Peter is responsible for managing CSE Tetracom's service department which includes radio technicians, installers and general workshop functions. Whilst people might consider him quiet and unassuming, he is a key contributor to the CSE Tetracom team through his friendly after sales support and customer relations.

With over 40 years’ experience predominately in the rail industry, Peter brings with him a wealth of knowledge across the radio communication industry. Peter holds a Radio Trade Certificate, an Associate Diploma for Electronic Engineering and a Diploma of Management.

Peter has exceptional technical knowledge and experience in management which makes him an asset to our service department as he has great people management skills and an appreciation of customer needs.

Throughout his career, Peter has planned and built radio systems for government rail organisations and has spent the last 20 years being employed by the private sector servicing the communication needs in the rail industry.

Away from the office you will find Peter gardening, being self-sufficient, listening to music or hobby farming.
Tony Cook

Tony Cook

Manager – Projects

Tony is a qualified radio frequency (RF) technician and is responsible for scheduling, implementing and overseeing delivery of major projects at CSE Tetracom. Tony is focused on translating complex technical requirements into commercial outcomes.

A specialist in the transmission of signals to support critical workforce communications, Tony works to ensure his clients receive the best possible outcome through effective RF system design and technology selection.

Tony provides invaluable technical and engineering support to the sales department during the innovation process to ensure optimal connectivity between field team and control hubs or management.

A systems strategist, Tony’s methodical and honest approach to solution design is reticent in his ability to build long-term partnerships and repeat business. Tony is also a highly respected trainer in the use of radio communication systems.

If Tony’s not out in the field working, it’s possible he’s found a good 4WD track or is spending time with his grand kids.
Jeff Perry

Jeff Perry

Relationship Management Consultant

Jeff was the founder of CSE Tetracom and has been a key contributor to the growth of the radio communications industry in Australia. Jeff has built a successful and trusted South Australian business with projects that span the country.

Jeff has worked in the communications industry for more than 35 years and holds an Associate Diploma in Electronic Engineering. He has overseen a team that connects mobile workforces in the mining, manufacturing, transport and local government sectors.

Driving a business culture that is committed to supporting progressive organisations to reach new levels of operational performance, Jeff is known for his ability to develop long-term partnerships that create shared success and has established strong global technology partnerships to bring the latest innovations to clients.

When he’s not at work, you may find Jeff playing tennis, enjoying a bold Shiraz, watching the footy or tinkering in the garden.
