Repair Centre

Leave your radio equipment in good hands

Don’t risk taking your most valuable communication assets to a non-accredited repair centre. If you want to ensure that your radio systems and infrastructure will stand up in harsh environments such as mine sites and dusty or damp environments then you must regularly service and maintain your fleet mobile and portable radios.

From handsets through to accessories and in-vehicle radios, our team of radio service technicians are skilled in the application of multiple technologies and are factory trained by manufacturers such as Motorola, Tait, Icom, Kenwood, Vertex Standard and GME to ensure our offering is progressive and comprehensive.

Our repair centre is open from 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. To discuss a radio repair or fleet audit and service contact our Adelaide radio service and repair team.

An accredited two way radio service centre with manufacturer grade standards

Whatever level of radio service you require, from in-warranty service to out of warranty service, preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance, CSE Tetracom’s state of the art two way radio repair team can handle it.

Focused on reducing downtime and improving the longevity of your assets, we have the largest private workshop in South Australia and can cater for large commercial fleet repairs and installations.

We are continually investing in modern test equipment and are the only radio repair workshop in Adelaide with accredited equipment to guarantee achievement of environmental standards such as IP66 and IP67 post service.

Out of hours technical support with priority registration

We are proud to offer 24/7 on call service to clients who are registered with our managed service program or preventative maintenance agreement.

If you have a large mobile workforce, or are responsible for the delivery of critical services then we recommend an annual preventative maintenance agreement. This will provide you with access to:

  • On demand corrective repairs and troubleshooting
  • Crisis response management and safety planning
  • 24 hour technical support
  • Scheduled field and site reviews, testing and system updates
  • Periodical reporting against agreed KPIs
  • Fixed cost service with one monthly invoice.
